Professional Summary
After graduating at University of Arts in Cuba in 2010 as Theatre Critic, I was editor and writer in Tablas-Alarcos Publishing House (Havana) for 7 years. This cultural space publishes texts about arts in Cuba and abroad.
During that time I took part in more than 20 literary projects, among them books and several editions of quarterly magazine Tablas. Simultaneously, I published articles, prologs and other texts in multiple platforms in Cuba, Colombia and USA, where I also gave conferences, mostly in cultural and educational institutions (StonyBrook University-Long Island, University of Miami, University of Caldas, Colombia, etc.).

Since 2012 til today, I have also gained great experience as theatre and visual artist, thanks to projects, fellowships and grants awarded by institutions in Havana, Berlin, Stuttgart, Rome, Barcelona, Coimbra, Bogotá and other cities.
This experience made me grow personally and professionally, and enhanced many of my best current skills: languages, communication, versatility and creativeness.
That is why my artistic work is intimately connected to social contemporary issues, like migration, feminism, and work rights.

Today I keep growing and learning, after completing two Master‘s Programs in University Roma Tre in Italy, traveling, collaborating and creating an artistic collective.
​
I work as a freelance translator on UpWork, and keep working as a writer and editor. But now I want to go for more and make more professional alliances.
